1. Acceptance of Terms

By using honera.co, a Provider page hosted on a honera.co subdomain, a Honera phone number, or any text or email sent through Honera (the "Honera Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Honera Services.

2. What Honera Is

Honera, operated by Dignified Inbound LLC, connects families with independent funeral homes and cremation providers ("Providers"). Honera runs the web pages, phone lines, and messaging you use to reach a Provider and sends communications on the Provider's behalf.

Honera is not a funeral home, crematory, or pre-need seller, holds no funeral license, and does not perform, arrange, or sell funeral or cremation services. Providers are independent businesses, not agents of Honera.

3. The Provider Is Responsible for Services

Any arrangement, contract, or purchase is between you and the Provider. The Provider is solely responsible for its services, licensing, pricing and required price disclosures, and compliance with the laws of its state or province. Prices shown are set by the Provider and may change. Honera does not process payments and is not a party to any transaction. Disputes about services must be resolved with the Provider.

After receiving your inquiry, the Provider may contact you directly from its own phone numbers, email, or systems, outside of Honera. Those communications are the Provider's own, are governed by the Provider's policies, and are not sent, controlled, or monitored by Honera.

4. Your Use

You must be 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Honera Services only to inquire about or arrange services for yourself or someone you are authorized to act for. You may not use the Honera Services to solicit Providers, collect or resell contact information, or interfere with our systems.

5. Communications

Calls to Honera numbers may be recorded; by continuing a call after the recording notice, you consent to this. If we cannot connect your call, you may receive one text message confirming your call and how to reach the Provider.

By checking the SMS consent box on a Provider's Honera page, or by calling a Honera number, you agree to receive text messages from the Provider sent through Honera. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. STOP applies to messages sent through Honera; to stop a Provider's own direct messages or calls, contact the Provider. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

By submitting a form or calling a Honera number, you also agree that Honera and the Provider may call and email you about your inquiry, including from Honera numbers.

You may unsubscribe from emails using the link in each message.

6. Content

Provider pages may display reviews, photos, obituary information, and activity indicators supplied by Providers or third parties. This content is for information only and may be approximate. The Honera Services and their design, text, and software belong to Dignified Inbound LLC. Provider names and logos belong to the Providers.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honera and Dignified Inbound LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for any loss arising from a Provider's services, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the Honera Services will not exceed one US dollar (US$1).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in Delaware, unless the law of your state or province requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use means you accept the changes.
